Everything's ok, with Kay

​Kay’s search for wellbeing brought her to yoga at a time when she desperately needed an alterative method for dealing with stress.

Yoga returned her health and positive mind; essential things that can all too often be tricky to balance with the pressures and demands of modern living.

Through a journey of self-discovery, Kay absorbed herself into the world of yoga, inspired by her time living in Hong Kong and visiting Chennai, India.

Hi, I'm Kay!

After trying various yoga schools, Kay discovered Andiappan Yoga Research and Medical Center, which soon became her source of clarity in this frantic world. With the guidance of Guruji Dr. Asana Andiappan, Dr Yogananth Andiappan, and Dr. Vishnu Kumar, Kay completed her yoga studies to an advanced level in Hatha yoga.

Kay also completed her studies in yoga therapy through Ayurveda, the Indian traditional approach to medicine; affording her a wealth of knowledge into mind and body disorders.

Kay draws upon this wealth of personal and professional practice, to offer exceptional private and public Hatha yoga classes in London.

I was a person that never liked any kind of gym or sports but when she start teaching me I understood, yoga is different then all. I’m a lazy person, but she changed my life totally. I became a more calm person, my body became flexible and shaped, and my view of lot of things about personal or anything changed.

Also, I had a breast surgery and I had to stop for a month. After my operation I was not able to use my arms and it was painful but one month after my surgery, we started carefully, then at the end of the month I was able to do head standing and I’m back to my flexibility.
